Being pregnant with triplets is
not
like being pregnant with one. From the moment we felt their first movements we could really start to tell the babies apart. Our babies each have their own distinct personalities already and we started to get to know them during my pregnancy.
Pregnancy often unfolds as a journey filled with quiet anticipation, body changes, and the steady preparation of heart and home. Many expecting parents find themselves balancing excitement with the practical realities of planning, learning, and adjusting their daily rhythms. From choosing comfortable styles to organizing the nursery, each small decision helps build a sense of readiness. Sharing those moments with a supportive community can transform uncertainty into confidence and make the experience feel less isolating and far more memorable.
Health and fitness during pregnancy tend to focus on gentle movement, balanced nutrition, and listening to the signals of a changing body. Low-impact exercise, stretching, and short walks can support energy levels and overall wellbeing. Hydration and nourishing meals play an equally important role, helping expecting parents feel their best through each trimester. Small, consistent habits often matter far more than intense routines, creating a foundation of strength that carries through to recovery after birth.
Preparing for a new baby brings a wonderful mix of research, shopping, and thoughtful planning. Expecting parents often explore products designed to simplify daily life, from comfortable clothing to innovative household helpers that free up time and energy. Reading reviews, comparing features, and considering long-term usefulness helps turn the overwhelming range of options into a clear, manageable list. A well-prepared space and a few trusted essentials can make the early weeks feel calmer and more enjoyable.
Capturing pregnancy through photography offers a meaningful way to document a fleeting chapter of family life. Many parents choose relaxed, natural sessions that highlight genuine connection rather than posed perfection, creating images that feel warm and personal. Seasonal settings, soft light, and simple backdrops often bring out the beauty of the moment. Years later, these photographs become treasured reminders of the waiting, the wonder, and the joy that welcomed a new little one.
Connecting with other expecting parents, friends, and family can make the pregnancy journey feel shared rather than solitary. Online communities, local groups, and conversations over coffee offer reassurance, advice, and plenty of laughter along the way. Celebrating small milestones, comparing notes, and simply feeling understood can lighten the emotional load of those long months. In the end, those shared experiences often become some of the warmest memories of becoming a parent.
This is Emily’s story. Beautiful mother of one, wife, entrepreneur, photographer, blogger, and pregnant with triplets. We asked her to share some of her experiences to shed some light on a multiple pregnancy!

We’re on the home stretch now, with just 2 weeks to go until we meet these beautiful babies of ours, and let me tell you – I am SO ready! And what passes the time better than a few laughs.
This one is for all the pregnant women out there (whether you are pregnant with singles or multiples, I’m sure you can relate!).
Let me start by saying that I’m not easily offended; actually, it’s pretty hard to offend me, so this post is just for laughs. I just think it’s hilarious what some people (strangers) ask you when they find out you’re pregnant with triplets.
